THE PROCESS

No matter what stage of the remodel process you're in

Just starting to dream?

Fantastic! Scroll and read below to get an overview of our process. Every step of the way you will be in GREAT hands!

already Working with a contractor?

Wonderful! We are contractor-friendly and are happy to work with the contractor of your choice.

Consultation

Let's get to know each other!

Schedule a 30-minute initial meeting in the showroom or your home to meet with a member of our sales and design staff who will listen and get to know you, your lifestyle and how you plan to use the space.

Goals will be discussed, both in style and budget.

If you are working with a contractor or have plans, bring them with you. If not, bring pictures and rough measurements of your space and all your inspiration from Pinterest, Houzz, decorating magazines, pictures of friends' spaces – whatever you have collected to convey your vision.

Configuration & Expectations

Now to the fun part... the design!

Now that we have a vision of your space, our design team will get to work and create a basic, preliminary design and schedule an appointment to go over it with samples of finishes, specifications and costs.

We’ll educate you on the pros and cons of products, layouts and creative options so you can make informed decisions and feel confident they are the best for your project and budget.

We’ll recommend vendors for appliances and fixtures so you can choose those options and they can be incorporated into your design.

At this point, if you are feeling confident in moving forward, we will collect a $300 design fee that will be applied to the cost of the cabinetry you select (and at any time you decide not to continue working with us the plans are yours to keep).

We’ll come out to your home to measure and take pictures. The designer will detail the layout and create 3-D renderings so you can see your vision come to life.

Estimation

Let's get real!

Once the design phase is complete, measurements are double-checked, the design plan is finalized and the budget is confirmed.

We’ll have you sign a contract, pay a deposit on the materials and set a date for delivery.

We’ll stay in regular communication with you with any shipping updates. If you are using our installation services or your cabinet order is part of a larger remodeling contract with us, you’ll work with a project manager during the installation/construction phase.

Construction

Ready, set, go!

Your cabinets will be delivered and the balance of the cabinetry will be due. You'll meet with the project manager to review the construction schedule and discuss issues such as parking, dust protection, and temporary kitchen set up if you are replacing kitchen cabinets and countertops.

Then it’s time for you to sit back and relax while our professionals do the work. They know the installation process is just as important as the cabinetry itself. They will treat you, your home and time with respect.

Once cabinets are installed, our fabricators will come to template the countertops according to the material you previously selected and when ready, install the countertops.

Then add hardware, plumbing fixtures, and appliances if needed and you're ready to enjoy your new space and throw that party!
